A few useful things to know.
What does the $800 include?
The tree, its ornaments and finishing touches, styling, delivery to your home, placement and removal after the season. We pack and carry everything away ourselves. You won’t need to store the tree or any of its decorations. The price is the same for all three collections.
Who comes into my home?
I do. My name is Steven, and this is a very small business. I bring all three trees myself and I’m the person who comes back for them in January.
Do I need to be there?
You can be home or out. If you’d like us to come while you’re out, we’ll arrange access to your home beforehand. If your building has its own access requirements, you can share those after you reserve.
Do you come to my neighborhood?
Yes. Anywhere in Portland.
Lobbies and offices are a different conversation.
For commercial spacesWhat if my building is difficult?
Freight elevators, doormen, loading instructions and certificates of insurance are all things we can work with. After you reserve, you can send us whatever we need to know about your building.
Do I need to pack anything before you return?
No. Leave the ornaments on the tree and the tree where it is. We’ll get in touch to arrange a return day in January, then remove the decorations, pack everything and carry it away. There’s nothing from your tree for you to put away afterward.
Is it a real tree?
All three are artificial Balsam Hill trees. They keep their shape through the season and need no watering. Each collection page shows the tree’s height and width, so you can choose one that fits your room.
